Closet Organization FAQ

How much does closet organization cost?

Projects typically range from $450 to $2,500+ depending on the space and scope. Your virtual assessment helps us recommend the right service and estimate for your home.

Will you help me edit my wardrobe?

Yes. Everything comes out, you keep what you actually wear, and every piece gets a home that is easy to keep up with.

Do you bring the organizing products?

Yes. Our team buys and brings the products to each session and plans ahead for the next one, so everything is in stock and ready. We manage products from A to Z, which keeps every session efficient and every space cohesive. We are happy to use products you already own or buy yourself, though that does give us less design control.

Do you install closet systems?

Yes. We install Elfa and freestanding shelving ourselves. For custom closet systems, we connect you with trusted partners like California Closets, can suggest or review designs, and can hire and manage the install team for you. On our harbor view dressing room, California Closets built the system and our team planned the layout and organized every piece.

Do I need to be home during my session?

Not at all. Our team loves working autonomously, and if any questions come up, we will simply text you photos so you can weigh in from wherever you are.

How long does a session take?

Most sessions run about 6 to 6.5 hours. Larger projects, like whole homes and moves, are simply planned across multiple sessions.

What happens to the things I let go of?

We help you decide what to keep, donate or toss. Donation runs are available for an additional cost, and we take donations that fit in our work cars. For junk and trash runs, we help coordinate and manage the haul away for you.

Is your team background checked, and will you sign an NDA?

Yes, and we are proud of it. Our organizers are vetted and background checked, and NDAs are available for every client who wants one. We are fully insured, completely confidential and trusted by high-profile clients, families and professionals.

Do you travel to my area?

Our local teams serve San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles. Travel is covered within an hour of our teams, and travel beyond an hour is quoted with your estimate.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens. We simply ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your session.

How quickly will you get back to me?

Weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM, we usually respond within an hour, often sooner. On weekends we have phone coverage, so call or text (760) 359-8038 and we will get back to you.

What happens before organizing day?

Every service has about an hour of prep and shopping built in. Your organizers plan the space and shop for products ahead of time, so the day itself is all about the transformation.
