It is one of the first questions we hear, and a completely fair one: how much does a professional organizer cost? The honest answer is that it depends on your space, how much editing it needs and how quickly you want to see it finished. Here is exactly how pricing works at Simply Luxe, so you can plan with confidence, whether you live in San Diego, Orange County or Los Angeles.

The Short Answer: $450 to $2,500+
Simply Luxe projects typically range from $450 to $2,500+, depending on the space and scope. A single pantry, closet or office usually lands toward the lower end. A full kitchen, a garage or a whole home is planned across multiple sessions and lands toward the higher end. Full move management usually starts at $2,500, since most moves need at least 2 days of packing before the move and 2 days of unpacking after. Every estimate starts with a quick virtual assessment, so you know your plan and your number before we ever arrive.
What Shapes the Cost of Your Project
- The size of the space. A reach-in closet and a three-car garage are very different days.
- How much editing is needed. The more there is to sort, keep, donate or let go of, the more time the project takes.
- Products. Bins, baskets, drawer systems and labels are planned for your space and the way you live.
- Your team and timeline. Some jobs need one organizer, and bigger projects can have six or more, depending on your budget, timeline and the size of the space.
- Installation. We install Elfa and freestanding shelving ourselves. For slat walls, custom garage cabinetry and custom closet systems, we connect you with trusted partners and can review designs and manage the install team for you.
What Is Included When You Book Simply Luxe
- About 6 to 6.5 hours per session. Most sessions run a full day, and larger projects are simply planned across multiple sessions.
- Prep and shopping built in. Every service has about an hour of prep and shopping, so your organizers arrive with a plan and the right products in hand.
- Products managed from A to Z. Our team buys and brings the products to each session and plans ahead for the next one, which keeps every session efficient and every space cohesive. We are happy to use products you already own or buy yourself, though that gives us less design control.
- A vetted, background-checked team. NDAs are available for every client who wants one, and we are fully insured and completely confidential.
- No need to be home. Our team works autonomously and texts you photos if any questions come up.
Travel, Donations and Haul Away
Travel is covered within an hour of our teams in San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles, and travel beyond an hour is quoted with your estimate. Donation runs are available for an additional cost, and we take donations that fit in our work cars. For junk and trash runs, we help coordinate and manage the haul away, so nothing lingers in your garage.
Our 48 Hour Policy
Life happens. We simply ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session.
